Increment Through Checkbox To Check Status And Change A Value?

I have a userform that has 28 checkbox's that we go through that we check which ones apply to a report.. To keep those boxes checked as the supervisor's cycle through the reports, I am leaving a 28 digit code next to the report which is created as they check/uncheck the proper checkbox's.

So if say CheckBox10.value = True, then the 10th digit of the ID will change to 1 while keeping the rest of the ID the same.

I currently have a user form and am trying to make a counter to that will increment if the check box is not selected, but will not increment if the check box is selected.
I am assuming I could use an if then statement for this, under the command_click OK. but I cant get it to work.

I am creating a userform with 10 checkboxes. The first 9 checkboxes are user options. I want the 10th check box to be a "Select All" option i.e. if the 10th checkbox is checked all the other 9 options are deemed to have been selected.
The way I want the display to work is that if the 10th checkbox is ticked all other checkboxes are cleared. Also if the 10th checkbox is ticked and any of the other check boxes is selected then the 10th checkbox should be selected.
I have tried coding this up but the checkboxes don't seem to operate as desired. I placed some code on the click event for the last option button to set the vlaue for all other buttons to false. This works but the 10th check box doesn't get ticked itself. When I try to code up the other bit I get similar issues.

I have a survey template with several options buttons (made from Form toolbar and grouped by Group Box).I would like to have a check box that would activate these option buttons for specific question if unchecked and vice versa.

I have a company and I try to keep a record of all my clients in Excel. Below, you can find a simplified example:

Now, I have so many clients that my Excel file is quite large. So when I want to change the status of a contract, I have to manually look up the file number and change the status manually.
What I ideally would like, is a form that says:
Change status to paid: xxxxxxxx
Where the x's are, I would have to enter the file number, press enter and the corresponding status should change to "paid". I have about 30 contracts a day that change status.
I tried to "draw" what I mean:

I have a spreadsheet that I use for people to make requests.
They can only select from the dropdown menus or the check boxes in the spreadsheet. Some fields are required.
I have a button that they click on to save the workbook.
When they click on it a macro checks if all required fields are completed. If they aren't, The user receives a Message box asking them to complete all required fields.
The problem I'm having is with 5 checkboxes each linked to a cell (B11:B15).
The user can check any or all of the boxes but they need to select at least one.
how I can check if the user selected at least one and if not then I would display a Message box asking them to select at least one?

I have a problem to check the value of a checkbox when I write the code in Module1. I have several worksheets, and in each worksheet there is a CheckBox1. I want the macro (in Module1) to perform a given code when the CheckBox1.value = true and visa versa.

It might be very simple, but all I need is if I have data on A1, and i have 3 check boxes labeled: NEW, EXISTING, and ARCHIVED. I want it to automatically check the corresponding boxes. So if "NEW" is typed under A1, it'll check "NEW" box. "EXISTING" will check "EXISTING" check box and so on.

I have some vba code that currently copies a status table out of a worksheet, into a temp file for an email. The status table in excel has a column D which can have different status. I want to select everything in the table except rows that are 'Descoped'. Currently my code looks like:

This picks up everything without looking at the status. I want to change it so it doesn't pick up the rows where Column D contains 'Descoped'.
In pseudo code I would describe it as:
Set rng2 = Sheets("Execution Status").Range("B2:F420") where value in D5:D420 is not equal to 'Descoped'.
I have tried:
Set rng2 = Sheets("Execution Status").Range("B2:F420").Value "Descoped" and nothing gets selected.

I am having with Excel 2007.
When I hover the mouse over a cell with comments, the status bar displays a message; for example "Cell A12 commented by A satisfied Microsoft Office user".
I only get this message for one column. The cells in all other columns give my first and second name as the author of the cell comment.
Why it is only effecting one column. I have been unable to change the annoying "commented by A satisfied Microsoft Office user" to my own name.
Is there a macro that can do this? I tried two macros I found online, both from a few years back, but neither of them worked.

I have built a model which aims to calculate various information/statistics based upon 2 inputs which I can change (see 'Mov_Avg_Chart' tab cells C6 and C8). In cell C6 I have identified the moving average period that I would like, and in cell C8 the period for moving average of the gradient/standard deviation of the gradient.
I have created 4 data tables (one for annualized return, sharpe ratio,max drawdown, and annualized risk/reward). The first data table can be seen in cells AE15:AH18. In cells AE16:AE18, there are the moving average period inputs (as in cell C6) and in cells AF 16,AG16 and AH 16 are the moving average gradient inputs (as in cell C8). What I am trying to do is create a table that will allow me to state a minimum moving average period (as in C6) and a maximum moving average period (as in C6), and an increment which I would like to look at the data in. Thus, in this example, the minimum moving average period would be 20, the maximum would be 40 and the increment would be 10. Also, I want to create a minimum moving average gradient (as in C8) and a maximum moving average gradient (as in C8) and an increment figure. Thus, in this example, it would be minimum of 75, maximum of 125 and an increment of 25. The point in the example is to see which outcomes based on the inputs are the most favorable.
I am having difficulty with setting up a minimum and maximum range and the incremental period. The trouble is, I don't know how to put these as additional inputs and have them drop into the data table (in place of cells AE16 to AE18 for example). Would anyone have any ideas? Also, the automated recalculation of the data table is needlessly slowing down the spreadsheet; is there a way that the data table can be recalculated only when there are changes to the input functions? I have set the calculation method to 'automatic except data tables' because otherwise it takes 15 minutes for the file to open. Thus, the data table isn't calculating automatically. That is, cells C6, C8 and the minimum and maximum range cells that I am seeking to create? Would someone be able to help me with this?

I am trying to allow the Command Button when clicked to go through multiple conditions before making a decision. So, when someone clicks on Command Button 3 the code should look to see if CheckBox1 is true, then it should check today's date, and if it is between a range of days, or even months, then it would add the number in TextBox1 with the amount already in cell H18. This event will happen every time someone clicks on the Command Button.
The end result is to have several sheets (4 total) for each quarter in the fiscal year, and if the dates are within those parameters, the clicking of the command button will update the correct sheet.

I currently have a spreadsheet with a userform that has multiple checkboxes. I want these checkboxes to change the value of cells depending on whether or not they are checked. 1 for not checked, 2 for checked. The column of the named range the cells are in is constant for each checkbox (though it is different for each checkbox and some checkboxes will need to change the value of a cell in multiple columns). The row changes depending on the value of a combobox on the userform. I have sorted out a code that works, but it seems very long, slow, and inefficient. I'm hopping someone can show me a better way to do it.

Any way to change the font color of a chart axis when a checkbox is set to true.
let checkbox be checkbox5 and chart be chart5. What I would like to happen is that if checkbox5 is true then the font color of the horizontal axis changed to grey (RGB 166,166,166), if it is false then I would like the font color of the horizontal axis to be black (RGB 0,0,0). I also would like this macro to be run every time the checkbox changes, or the corresponding cell changes to TRUE or FALSE (it is in another sheet, say sheet2). This is the code I have so far but all it is doing is showing the chart as selected and not changing the font color. I would also like it to not physically select the chart, this is for a dashboard so the selecting of the chart throws off some of the visuals a bit, but not sure how to do change the chart values without selecting it.

I have a page that is protected so formulas are not changed mistakenly, and have check boxes on the paged that link to cells and display True of False based on the checking of the box or not. If I leave the page unprotected I risk the True or False being changed. Is there a lay to protect those cell from the user but still change when the box is checked or not. The checkboxes are Form Control type.

We are looking to have the unit number yellow box (A1) change to match the unit status box color (I15:I19) with RED being first priority then ORANGE, YELLOW and final GREEN. If any-one box is say 'Inspect" ORNAGE and the others are all GREEN, the unit number should go ORANGE; and so on. If we can get this working then we want to do a MASTER that matches in the same way that would just have unit numbers. There will be several hundred by the time we're done!

I have a multi-worksheet workbook that has many forms control checkboxes throughout it. I'm looking for some VBA that will change the background (fill) color of ALL the checkbox when it is checked (True). I've seen code for a single checkbox, but not multiple/all boxes. I know just enough VBA to be dangerous, but I'm up to learning anything new.
