VBA Selecting A Visible Comment

I'm developing a little way to be able to modify comments without having to use the mouse (normally I need to right click the ActiveCell in order to choose "Show/Hide comments"). Below is 2 simple lines of code for unhiding the comment of the ActiveCell and then selecting it. What I can't figure out how to do is actually get the cursor to be inside the comment so that I can start modifying text or entering additional text.

someone the VBA code which only selects visible cells in a sheet.
i.e. if for example, range("a1:d5") contained data BUT
range("a6:d100") contained formulae but NO data
the macro would only highlight range("a1:d5")
However, when say range("a6:d10") contained data, then the macro would highlight range("a1:d10")
and so on.
I want the mcro to do this without me having to manually change the ranges when running the macro.

I have an excel spreadsheet(Sheet1) with information in 35,000 odd trade lines, which is eventually compared against another set of records from another tab (Sheet2) in the same spreadsheet.
Have recorded a macro which does the lookup using the common parameters and returns the unique identifer in Sheet1 from Sheet2. Post updating the UID's in Sheet1 - range O:O, I need to select all the rows which are not matched and move it to another tab.
I apply filter on column O1 and select #N/A and select the complete range. Via VB I use the below code to move between to the visible row from filtered row:
Range("O1").Select
ActiveCell.Offset(1, 0).Select
Do Until ActiveCell.EntireRow.Hidden = False
ActiveCell.Offset(1, 0).Select
Loop
If the visible row is within the first 1,000 rows, it doesn't take much time. However if the same is around 25,000th row, it takes more than 5-6 mins in order to move to the visible row.

In my IE site there is a field which is a dropdown field with the value 'Not Known' and 'Specified Date'. If I select 'Specified Date' another field named 'Date' becomes visible where I can give a date. I was able to ensure that the value 'Specified Date' is selected using the following statement:
IE.document.GetElementById("startDateBasis").Value = "SpecifiedDate"I also was able to populate the date field with the statement:
IE.document.GetElementById("startDate").Value = SOA
Where SOA is populated with the date string I need to be given as input in IE.
My issue though is that, eventhough the data is provided by the macro the field 'Date' is not visible. So I have no way to know if the input was succesful until I submit the screen. I think I read somewhere that this is because of the way datebasis is populated.
How to get the field 'Date' made visible if datebasis is given as 'Specified Date'?

how to copy the contents of multiple comment boxes and paste in a single comment box.
The big picture is that I have a number of cells with numerical values in and text in comment boxes. I want to be able to click a button to copy the contents of the comment boxes and paste them, along with the numerical value from the cell, into a single comment box, ordered by highest to lowest value within the comment box, then delete the original cells and comments.
I am quite new to VBA but have been coping quite well so far with information of the web and analysing recorded macros.

Need to correct code to resize all visible rows on a sheet based only on the text in the visible columns. I have tried the below code but when it resizes it is using the largest amount of text in the rows including that in the hidden columns.

Using VBA, I need to Select A1:C14.
The problem is that A1:C14 contains blank cells, and there is also an adjacent column D that I do not want to copy.
So, UsedRegion and CurrentRegion aren't doing it for me. (It selects Column D too.)
Obviously, this is an example...the real data set is an export and varies in size.

I need to write a macro where i need to copy set of rows from few columns of an excel sheet to another set of columns in same sheet . My excel looks something like this...

F1020
F1023
F1025
F1120
F1123
F1125
[code].....
Now when i filter this table for Product PR01 only rows 1,3,4 will be visible while the other rows remains hidden

when i use the code
Selection.SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible).Copy
i get to select ones those are visible but i am not sure how i can PASTE them to rows visible under column f1020 to f1025
Tried this in a frantic effort
Selection.SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible).PasteSpecial xlValues
But got an error for " multiple selection"

Every time i do a filter and copy a data. Keep the filter on and past in another column. The data does not copy just into the visible cells. It pretend the filter is not there.
I have tried selecting only vible cells when copying and pasting into cells by selecting only visible cells but does not seem to work. Get the error message "command cannot be used on multiple section". There must be a solution but looked on the web and really cannot find one.
Table below so i filter out the "a" so i just have numbers then want to past into vible cells.

I am trying to to get it to work so that if there is a comment already in the cell then it would skip to the next macro. Here is what I am trying:

I am building a tool that uses Pivot Tables (so I can't use track changes) and I have found cool code that will insert timestamp and username in the comment when a change occurs. Is it possible to trigger a forced comment if a particular value is entered in a cell?
For instance, if the letter "F" is entered into a cell, I want the comment box is pop up, is this possible?
And lastly... is it possible to automatically group comments? for instance if a row has 6 comments, I'd like to combine all of them into a comment box on the same row.

What I need; I want a comment on my spreadsheet to be clickable, when it's clickt it needs to follow the path (written in cell B55) to an image.
I know the trick of making a normal hyperlink (to for example www.mrexcel.com)
But I can't get it working for an image; tried file://c:/test/test.jpg
Is there an ******* event for comments? Or is it possible to create a hyperlink in the comments to the image?

I'm using Excel 2002 and looking for a way to get rid of the red comment indicator in entirety. While I get that it's not possible there appears to be a workaround which I took off the Contextures website.

i need to have a way to link a small picture/thumbnail to a cell. so that there is a way to preveiw it. Ideally like what happens with the comments where you hover over the cell and the comment would pop up. or failing that may be a cell linking to the image.

I have Sheet1 and Sheet2, each sheet has 2 columns.
Sheet1:
John 31
Joey 22
Josh 28
Jane 24
Sheet2:
Joey Smith 22
Josh Morgan 27

Lookup Sheet1's each Column A cell on Sheet2.
For example, Sheet1 A1 is John, Sheet2 A4 is John Doe, since John Doe contains John, it's a match. Then compare Sheet1 B1 and Sheet2 B4, 31 and 32 don't match. This is what i need to find, then add a comment "Inconsistent" in a new column.
For example, Joey (Sheet1 A2) and Joey Smith (Sheet 1 A1) have same value 22 (Sheet1 B2 and Sheet2 B1). Then no need to add any comment.

make the contents of the cell comment box dependent on the cell contents? eg if the cell contents = 2 and a seperate table says 2 is "poor" can it automatically populate the comment with "poor" ?

I have this code tat I am using to important a picture via a comment box:

The problem is if you put a value in AI10 that is not AQ21 it gives and error. I would like for it to call another cell (B3) for newpic in the case of a value that is not present in AI10.
