Continually Compare Time In Cell With Current Time
I need a way to compare the time of the computer with the one in the cell and bring up a message box if the time matches. Yet i don't want it to be a one time makro. What i want is to be able to work with the worksheet and that at the same time i want a paralel function to check whether the time in the cell matches. Something like agenda in Outlook.

Repeat Rows By Mutiplying Current Amount Of Rows By Cell Value
I have a table which contains a list of branches eg; 01 02 04 06 I then have a spreadsheet which contains a number of columns and rows. I want to create a new spreadsheet in the first column it will contain the branch from the table above then the rows and columns in the above spreadsheet The rows and columns would then repeat for each of the other branches in the table. IE if I have 4 branches in my table and 100 rows in my spreadsheet my new spreadsheet would contain 400 rows

Converting A Whole Number Into An Amount Of Time
field A1 & B1 are variable user input. The goal is to subtract B1 from A1, take the result and divide it by 176 (a fixed number) and display the result as minutes:sec. For example: A1 B1 14,000 (minus) 2,200 (= 11,800 /176 =) 67 I want to result (67) to display in field C1 as 01:07 (min:sec) I tried (A1-B1)/176 and formatted C1 to be min:sec but the result displays as 5:27 I have no idea what that number represents.

Operational Model - Shift Start Time Plus Amount Of Hours Worked In One Cell.
Is it possible that a cell contains both numeric and alphanumeric data and to do calculations on that? For example: if a cell conatain the value "10a" or "8.5b" etc. Would it be possible to have a column that gives me the hours worked (the numeric value in the cell) and a line that gives me the amount of people that are working on shift "a" (the alphanumeric value in the cell). Is this at all possible? Or does that require VBA/Macros and stuff (in which case this is posted in the wrong part of the forum )

I am preparing a template on the con-call done with various states. What I want to do is to capture their log in time to the call. 1) As soon as participants log in, we need to input the time of that moment. Click or double click with the cell should give me the current time. Then; 2) Need to calculate how many participants, logged in to the call On-time by considering the log in time captured. 3) Similarly, we need to count the participants joined within 10 minutes of call and who are late comers.

Add X Time To Current Date
I've been looking for an easy way to add time to a cell that has a time or date and time in it, for example, 5/31/2007 12:06:27 PM I want to add 30 minutes to it, for example, without having to split it apart and manually add it in, worrying about adding an hour if I go over 60 minutes, etc. If I was doing it with a cell formula, I could use "=A1 + TIME(0,30,00)" but I don't know what the equivalent would be in VBA.

Populate Cell With Current Time When Specified Range Changes
i have this excel sheet that am using as a monitoring device to track the login and log out patterns of a group of 20 agents. i am able to monitor their current state by using an external link to the local intranet and vlookup. the status of agent can be either Logged In or Logged Out which populates in E6 to E25. the cells f6 to f25 again running vlookup shows the last login time of the agent. what i'm looking for is this: every time the agent status changes from Logged In to Logged Out or visaversa, the corresponding blank cell in the row needs to populate the the time by value.

in my spread sheet i am trying to use the if function to compare the current time ( vb code used) to a time i enter to alter another cell. for example if A1(current updating time) = A2 ( time i choose) then B1( some value ) = B2( another value) the point of this equation is to have B2 update its value from B1 every day so today B2= 3 and B1 =4 then tomorrow B2 would = 4 etc , i just dont know how to do it.

Reference Cell & Add Amount If Positive & Subtract Amount If Negative
Im trying to set up an active running inventory sheet where: (A)the progressive daily sheet cells reference back to the corresponding master sheet cells fluctuating the master values, (B) the same progressive daily sheet cells reference back to a cummulative totals-cell based on whether I added or subtracted inventory. I want to make a copy of the blank "sheet 2" with all of the formulas and move it to the end of the workbook each day and enter new values which will reference back to the master sheet so that I can click on a date sheet and see an individual day's values or click on the master sheet to see the fluctuating inventory on-hand and the cummulative +/- totals of all days combined. I've got a couple hundred individual cells to reference. I've tried and tried but I can't make it work. Heres what I need to do: I need to reference individual cells from "sheet 2,3,etc" back to a corresponding cell in a master sheet. But I need the values in each cell in "sheet 2,3,ETC" to increase or decrease the corresponding cell values in the master sheet. For example: If the value in the master sheet B5 is 200. Then in sheet 2, I enter +50 in B5, I need the master sheet cell B5 to increase by 50 to 250. I also need a way to decrease the cell value in the master sheet B5 if I enter a negative value -50 in sheet 2 B5. I also want to know if I can reference the same cell values entered in "sheet 2,3,etc cell B5" back to totals columns C5 for adding inventory or D5 for subtracting inventory in the master sheet where the master totals columns would reflect cummulative totals added or subtracted. For example: if the value in sheet 2 B5 is +50, then the value in Master sheet C5 would add 50 to a progressive total. But if the value in sheet 2 B5 is -50 then the value in master sheet D5 would add -50 to a progressive total.

I want to use a line graph to display an amount over time - that's the easy part. On the other hand, I would like to have to group the lines based on a value. A short example: Imagine you own 3 different stores and you're selling oranges. Display End Time Automatically Upon Entering Start Time And Time Usage
I have a worksheet which contains START TIME in column A, then TIME USAGE in column B and END TIME in column C. User enters start time, followed by the number of time usage in minutes, how could i possibly display the end time automatically in this scenario? how do you add the entered time usage to the start time to display the end time? Say if I enter 1:00 AM at start time and 00:15 minutes on time usage, how can 1:15 AM be displayed on the end time automatically?

Subtract X Amount Every Y Years
I am building an investing strategy model and am looking for a fomula or combination of formulae that would subtract an amount (lets say a 100) every so many years (lets say 10). Data is set up horizontaly, i want to be able to set how much will be subtracted and how often in a "control panel" next to other inputs and variables.
