Inserting Weekly Information With A Userform

I'm working on a sreadsheet for inserting and collating information for a fleet of vehicles. I have userforms for inserting various pieces of information when the vehicle is new or leaving the fleet.

I would like to use a userform for inserting weekly information. I know how to insert the basic information in columns but I'm stumped for working in rows and with inserting information at different times.

Excel 2010 :: Auto Population Of Fields Incremented By Dates In Weekly Segments

This is in Excel 2010

I have, what I believe a fairly complex request.

I have 3 fields that will be entered manually per row

Frequency in weeks = FQ Example FQ = 4 weeks
Duration in hours = DUR Example DUR = 3 hours
Start Date in Date Format = SD Example SD = 01/15/14

I have a series of columns starting at December 30, 2013. This represents the week of December 30th 2013.

It continues on until I hit the last week in December of 2015 which is 12/28/15

There are multiple rows with the 3 entries listed above (FQ, DUR & SD).

I need a function or macro that takes the Start Date (SD) for the specific row and finds it's location in the series of columns (for the example of 01/15/14, it would land on week 01/13/14). The program would enter the Duration (DUR) in that Column's Row (if that makes sense).

The program would then add the Frequency (FQ) to the Start Date (SD) and look for the next column (or Week) that it would fit in and once again enter the Duration (DUR) in that cell.

It would do this until it hits the 12/28/15 end date.

Weekly Stock Without Listing All Products Weekly

In the attached workbook, the CASTINGS worksheet has a SOH ( stock on hand) column.
It looks up the SOH from the SOH worksheet (column 3) for each product on order for that week.

But how do I make week 2 use the SOH figure minus the previous weeks order, IF there was an order?

And so on until week 52.

The problem I have found is what if that product wasnt ordered for the last 4 weeks? Maybe I need a temp worksheet with all the products listed for all the weeks and a running total of SOH weather it is ordered or not?

I have column L formatted as a validation list with two options 'Open' and 'Closed'. What I want to happen, is when I select closed from the list, the "Date Closed" cell to the right (column m) changes to the date that Closed was entered, and does not change thereafter.

As you can see in the pic, all the close out dates are todays date. . . I need it to store the date it was closed, and not constantly update it.

Insert All Dates For A Month Weekly When User Inputs Month And Year?

I have created a time sheet in excel (see attached) that will be part of the larger workbook that will be linked with other sheets to auto fill in most fields. I am wondering if there is a way for an user to enter a Month and a Year at the top of the page and that in turn automatically fills in the days of the month by week.

So in attached sheet there are 5 boxes representing 5 weeks in a month. So if we used May 2014 as an example I would like to know if there is a way that once May 2014 is entered in up to top that. Excel fills in the dates in Week #1 with under Thursday showing 1st, under Friday showing 2nd as on for the entire month...

So as the month go by all user has to do is state the month and year and excel fills in the weekly dates for each day in month.

I'm making a budget in excel.

I have generated some dates that appear in column a. I want to make a macro that copies lines from sheet 2 and inserts them between the appropriate dates in column a sheet 1.

eg:

sheet2:

6/2/01

outcome:

the lines will also have 2 other fields for copying (description and amount).
I will also need to copy formulas to the inserted rows in some columns (eg balance) but not all (not the date column).

I have a table and I would like to get result 8.21 in weekly total. It can get with calculatar like this.

Before Decimal:
1+0+1+1+1+1+1=6

After Decimal:
9+44+10+08+13+16+21=121

When we substract 121-100=21 and divide 100 with 50=2

Now, we add 6+2+0.21=8.21

result should be 8.21, how can we get this result.

Excel 2010 :: Code For Inserting And Removing Dates

I need a code that when i place a date in a cell D10 (Example:25-January-2013) it will then add 40 days of dates daily to AP10.In D9 can it also add the weeknumber (every 7 days the weeknumber increases by 1) corresponding to the day date in D10 (iso).Can this be attached to a button.Enter the date in D10 then press the button and the dates auto insert across the sheet daily to AP10.

Can the button say ADD DATE or REMOVE DATES.First date in D10.When the button says REMOVE dates all dates deleted when button pressed and cell D10 then says "add date here".If no date is placed in D10 and ADD DATE button is pressed a warning messagebox appears and says NEED TO ADD DATE .Will not work until date entered.When date entered in D10 "Add Date Here" disappears until REMOVE Date button is selected and again "Add Date Here" is displayed....not sure if this is possible but would be good if achieved. Index / Match / Sum Formula To Show Weekly Figures?

attached is a returns sheets that a qty is logged against part number every week. Some of the data I can use pivots on ( no problem ), but I have an issue on the returns tab where I think index/match / sum or something else will be better. At the moment because of the layout of data I have to drag each week number into the pivot value, do a greater than zero filter then summarize as a sum (yuk) I just cant get my head around index/match /sum. It would be great just to be able to enter a week number, and all the warehouse, part numbers and qty came through. There is a short explanation on the returns tab of what im looking for.

so in essence I want week numbers across the top, but be able to enter a year on the returns tab that looks at the week number. I don't know enough about the formula to change.

Every week, in row 3 i enter the number of boards cut. In row 9 i want a running total, but until this weeks total is entered, i dont want anything to show. This is the data for a bar chart which i print off every week. Next week is week 3 and i will enter the data in cell d3. When i do i want cell d9 to show the new total of B3,C3,D3. And so on each week.

Formula To Convert Monthly Data To Weekly Data

I have 12 observations per variable over 2013. At the end of each month I gathered the average value of X of said month. What I want to do is convert these observations to a list of weekly observations, where each week in January gets the value of the January observation

Example:

And get it like:

and so on.

Since I've got a lot of variables I'd like to use some kind of formula.

I have a data set which is structured such that there are variable numbers of products (column A) from 1 - 48 and these repeat multiple times for each "Name" held in column B. I have attached an example of this which uses a data set with 7 entries reapeating 7 times.

I need excel to insert 2 formula for me multiple times which needs to varry according as follows

1. Calculate the average value of data in Column C - G for n cells starting at a specific cell (C2), I have inserted an example of this and highlighted it in yellow. This then needs to repeat down column C several times, the number of times this will repeat depends upon the number of different names held in column B. But I have this calculated already and stored in a cell im my main document.

2. Calculate the variance of each value in the x cells above from the average calculated in point 1 above. I have highlighted this also in yellow.

I'm trying to insert a formula into cell "A8" when cell "A1" changes. These formula gives me (into cell "A8") the next week day, depending on the value of cell "A1". If A1="FRIDAY", "A8" will be 08-11-2013.

The problem is that an error ocurred (Run-time error '1004'). If I put the formula directly into cell it works...

Need "Copy formula when Inserting rows". For instance, A1=5, B1=10 but my formula set far behind in AE1=SUM(A1:B1). So,when I insert new row, I have to go to AE to drag the formula, is there any Macro or tips to simplify it?
