ComboBox On Form Does Not Display Correctly?

I created a data entry form that contains a ComboBox. The ComboBox is based on a range that has three columns and many rows. The purpose is to have the user select an item from the first column, and the other two columns are automatically filled in on the table.
The form works and the data is transferred to the table as it should. The issue is that when you select the ComboBox, it displays the data from all three columns wrapped in two columns. Some of the data is repeated and it looks confusing. How do I have the drop down show only the data in the first column?

I have a userform with a combo box that is populated from a list in a sheet called Clients. The userform is in the same workbook as the Clients sheet. This workbook called "Client List.xls" and is set to be hidden from view. I've created a menu bar icon that loads the "Client List.xls" workbook, and on open runs the initialize procedure. The problem seems to be caused by the "Clients List.xls" being not the active workbook. Is this the case? Is there a way around it? If I unhide the workbook and make it the active workbook, the code works great.

I have data that shows titles as 2-Feb, 2- Mar; which is really typed in as 2/5/2012 and 3/15/2012. My chart when graphed keeps showing the X-axis as 1-FEB and 1-MAR. How can I get the graph to show the x-axis titleas as 2-Feb and 2-Mar?

I am using Excel 2010 to create a simple chart. When I enter the information, highlight it and select a chart, the chart area appears blank. It doesn't matter what kind of chart I choose- it still appears blank. I've tried going into the Advanced options and indicating for All objects to be shown and that didn't work.

I have 2 forms. Form1 and Form2. I load Form1 to display. A button on Form1 calls Form2 to display. After I hit Cancel-Unload on Form2 it doesn't dissapear. How do I get rid of the residual image of pesky Form2 after I unload it and only display Form1 WITHOUT having to reload Form1 after Form1 calls Form2

Form2 is unloaded, however, it's image still displays!!!
Need some way to force screen to refresh without having to unload Form1!

I've written a workbook that enables my workmates to enter sample information easily (workbook attached). What i need help on i cant get the combobox 's on the user form to pick up the related info in worksheet named "data" and insert it into the relavant coloumn in tab named "Results". I can get it to work without using combobox's and just typing the info into a textbox but i wanted to use combobox's.
Another thing i wanted to do was pick invidual results and send them the "Report" for printing. how would i do that.

I have two types of lists that has to be populated into comboboxes. First type is in a column with a header - lets say A1:A20. For them I`m using a following script:

With them all is fine until I need to start for example from row 26. (lets say range to populate is T26:T32) Then I`m lost. changing Offset(1) to Offset(26) doesn't work and I`m getting an error. That however can be handled with a workaround - creating another list that starts from the top. So I gave up on solving that. I need to populate a list from a range that is a row - B5:B20
I've adjusted the script to:

i also have another question, see with the info that would go into the textbox is there anyway you can put writing on seperate lines,

I have a userform called "Description_Form". I had a listbox on this which worked 100%. I then decided to replace the listbox with a combobox. I replaced the word listbox1 with combobox1 in teh code below and now I am getting an error message:
Run-time error '-2147352573 (800200003)':
Could not fine the specified object.
I have checked the name of the Combobox and it is definitely combobox1.

I have a simple user form that has a combobox and 5 textboxes.
The combobox gets its row source from all the data in column A of the worksheet and the 5 textboxes will have decimal number inputted.
when commandbutton 1 is clicked I would like exel to find the value in the combobox on the worksheet and input the 5 textboxes in colums B-F. I'm sure it has something to do with "offset", but I can't quite figure it out.

Right now I am constructing a macro so that upon exection, the user will be forced to select one of the dropdown menu options which are listed in a dynamic array. The dropdown menu should be in a popup of somekind created by the macro and not on any of the worksheets or charts. I would like to then assign the choice that the user makes to a variant. I have searched the web but not found what I am looking for and was hoping that someone could give me some phydocode that I can look at.
The restrictions that I am operating by do not allow me to place a combobox upon any of the worksheets which is what I find in all the examples posted online.

I want to display mutliple columns in a form control combobox. Tried activex and the easy part was the multiple columns. I couldn't get the activex combobox to update properly when a cell value changed.
The form control combobox updates properly but it is only displaying the first column of my named range.

I have been able to create a userform that allows users to fill out a form without the need to navigate throught the excel spreadsheet form that has been created. to further refine this I am trying to use either a list box or Combobox to display specific items for certain cells, ie Travel Method (Air / Rail / Other), or Department (Projects / Finance / Engineering / Admin etc). I can create these in a spreadsheet without to much problem, but sofar have been unable to get them to work in the user form.

I have been using the GetOpenFileName method and a message box to return the filepath of a file and saving the filepath in a variable called Filepath. This worked just fine.
What I want to be able to do is display the the file path at any time in a message box, but not sure how to do this. I tried displaying the message box in a form and was going to look for some way to call the form, but the form does not return the message.
My code for this is as follows:

I have a range from a column in my Excel table that is formatted ##-##/##. A number like 1.125 would look like 1-1/8.
I also have some values that are text, such as: #6 (I'm working with threads). I use # because it is not the same thing as 6, which could be 6 millimeters or 6 inches.
In combo box on my userform it just shows the decimal values of the range. How can I format the combobox to match Excel?

I have set up a UserForm containing a ComboBox, listing all suppliers. Upon invocation, the form becomes visible and the user enters a letter on the CB window, to which the CB displays the first entry starting with the user's input.
What I'd like to do is to have the CB expand its window, so that upon entering a letter the window shows something like, say, 5 entries, of which the top one is the first occurrence starting with that letter. Normally, clicking on the down arrow would do that, but I wonder if I can save them the keystroke.

I've got a form with a ComboBox the RowSource of which is embeded in the column A of a certain sheet in the workbook - the values stored in that column resemble time reference, like: 00:00 (stands for 12:00 AM) or 01:45 (stands for 01:45 AM). The problem now is that when I choose something from the list the value that is displayed is different form the one present on the list, like choosing 01:45 we get the number 7,29166666666667E-02. Is there a way to cause the ComboBox to display the proper values present on the list the RowSource is linked to?

I have some vba code that opens up notepad and populates it with data from Access 2010. Everything works great including the notepad function, the database, and how the data is stored and displayed in the table/form.
The problem: I want to display the service name not the ID in notepad
I passed the field that I want to include in notepad as a string. However, it returns the ID and not the name of the person.
I don't want to change anything in the form or field property because it works perfect as is.
Is there a way to pick which column to display in the Email by vba code?
Column 0 = the ID and Column 1 = the name

I would like to have a ComboBox on a worksheet (worksheet1) that is populated by a list on another worksheet (worksheet1). Each time I select something from the ComboBox, it would display text in a cell within worksheet1.
For example, the ComboBox would have "Cat", "Dog", "Cow". And when I select "Dog" from the ComboBox, it would display in a cell nearby "Woof".
