Pulling Data From List If Cell Blank Then Move To Next

Trying to pull data from a list and if the cell above is empty then pull the data from the cell below and so on........
I have some code for it..but its just a little bit too long and I can't use it
This is what i have so far, trying to simplify it as its way to long to fit in a singel cell....i did think about breaking it down in to collums of either 8 or 6 and having it in chunks that way...but if i did that then i would still have to eventually use this forumla below as i don't really want huge gaps within the form i'm doing.

I have a list of active accounts with its relevant data on one sheet, then I have a list of closed/inactive accounts that will be updated periodically by different users. I would like to run a query for the accounts on the closed list to pull in relevant data from the active list,if any, or maybe just highlight the closed accounts on the active list to ensure that the closed accounts aren't active again. Is that possible with a macro? Should it just be a vlookup? The accounts list is going to be a very big file and I am trying to find a solution that won't take up too much time to run.
I am using Excel 2003 and I created an amortization schedule set up for an debt account. I am trying to pull the "Balance Due" from that schedule into another chart based on the current date (these are on two different sheets in a workbook).
For example, this is my 'Amortization Schedule':
Balance Due Interest Rate This Month's Interest This Month's Payment

And I am trying to pull the "Balance Due" from that schedule to place into this chart on my 'Debts' sheet: (based on the current date)
Name Starting Balance Remaining Balance Interest Rate Minimum

For example, if today were 1/15/13, I would want $3,796.34 from the schedule to go where the "x" is on the chart above. What formula would I use to accomplish this?
Also, on a side note, would there be a formula to have Excel pull the "Payment Date" from the schedule into the "Payoff Date" in the chart based on where the row has a $0 Balance Due?
i need a code that moves down a column and for every empty cell in the column the cell to the left is cleared and then it moves on to the next cell down. the column is not always the same and will start from a selected cell, and the column will contain no more than 5 rows
VBA to find the next appropriate blank cell in column "A" when copying ranges of varying sizes and pasting them in a new worksheet one after the next.
Currently I have recorded a macro that uses the code below to get to this location, but I am worried this will break when I get new data of a different range size;

The range of cells in column B containing the items has a name "ColStreams"
I need to go through the list, filling in each blank cells with the value contained in the first non-blank cell above it - so, in this case, rows 6 and 7 would contain "Item 2", row 9 would contain "Item 3", rows 11-13 would contain "Item 4" and so on.
I need to do is move a list of data in an excel worksheet to Notepad. The data is 16 numbers long, but the Notepad needs to be left justified to 19 characters. I can't figure out a way to move spaces over to notepad.
I have a sheet with 22,000 rows 6 columns of sales data from my Amazon sales each order has between 3-6 rows. When the data comes in from Amazon some of those rows wont have my sku in the sku cell. I have a weather graph I am putting together for fun and cannot figure out a way to bring data in for a table based on a consistent data pattern. My high temp averages are in column C along with other annual averages (High (Cell C7), annual avg. (Cell C9), low (Cell C8), precip (Cell C10) etc.) for that year, my data will go back 50 years. I am trying to find a formula that will bring the temp data into another column so I can create a graph of just the high temps or precipitation or any other measure. I have color coded the cells I am looking for.
Essentially, I am hoping that in column H, I will have a year (2014 for example) and column I will search for a match between column A and H (year), if a match is found, it will bring in data from that year for a specific category (Temp for example). OR, another option would be to to skip the cells and just pull in data from the cell (High temps would be in cell C7, C18, C29, C40 etc.) through a =C7+11 (cell count, not adding to number result) type of formula.

I've made a spreadsheet for tracking sales/profits and keeping a record of orders, I have made a table on one sheet listing customers, and I have a table on another sheet with a Customer column, with cells linked to the table of customers on the other sheet, The cells in the customer column are set to display a drop-list from the external customers table, but when I select a customer, all of the cell data that's pulled in, is written on one line, whereas it has line breaks on the customers list sheet,
Is there a way of getting the list value to display with line breaks, like on the sheet it pulls the values from?
I am using Excel 2010. I am trying to make a spreadsheet where I can type in a date (02-19-2014), and pull in box scores from a basketball website. I have everything set up so that the date is parsed into (3) cells (02 19 and 2014) so that it can easily fit into the URL:

As you can see, the month value in the URL is "02" the day value is "19" and the year value is "2014". What I want to be able to do is type in any date I want and return the box scores from that day in a new tab. I have everything done so that the new tab is automatically created and named, so my only issue is that I can't figure out how to input the day, month and year values automatically into the code for the Get External Data pull:

how to easily pull numbers out of a column in excel. I have several sets of numbers with a total in column F. I want a macro to go in and pull the last row in each set (this is the total row) and paste them in a different column so I can have the totals only.
For some reason when pulling this report into excel, the description is under the part number and the ordering information is on the line with the part number. What I am trying to do is have the description move up one row and over one column if the value in C is blank on the same row. All of the information should be on one line. This report can have hundreds of records so I need some kind of looping code to get the end product where I need it.

This is being used on a TabletPC but if I make a mistake or need to change back to a blank field I have to invoke the soft keyboard, activate the cell and hit backspace then close the soft keyboard - quite a long-winded procedure just to change an incorrect choice!
What I would like to do is add a blank to the list so if I have to revert back to a blank I can just use the stylus to choose a blank from the chooser list.

I have a list in one worksheet which comes from "=SALESMEN!$D:$D" but the list is extremely long with blank values. How can I make the list only show values from column D which are non-blank?
Currently the list goes up to 30, however I want to use all of Column D from the SALESMEN worksheet, that way if I add to it, the names will automatically be added to the list in the other sheet.
I'm trying to pull the earliest and lasted times out of a list of time stamps. Say I have a column full of clock in and clock out times and wanted to find the first clock in time and the last clock out time (just an example). My lookup_value would be a Store number. I can't post it here due to legality reasons, but I have a column a store numbers that will be my lookup values and I need to find the earliest and lastest time in a list of data on another tab.

Note: All columns are the EXACT same across each sheet(including Sheet1, Sheet2, Sheet3), if that extra piece of information works.
PS It is fine if, in order for a formula to work, I need to copy and paste the formula for the length of rows per each Sheet to consolidate.

So, in my industry, any summary-level data (shown on Sheet1) must have a linked reference to a particular sheet (Sheet2, Sheet3, etc.) so the user knows where the raw data came from. This is to ensure increased accuracy of data and minimize human error (like, if for example, I accidentally didn't copy and paste all the rows correctly).
I have uploaded the actual sheet to show what the data actually look like. I am trying to pull in 2013 data into my "Summary Page" and would like to have all the data linked to the '2013' sheet but skip any blank rows.
I have a form on a separate tab where I input data then have a button that should update the data to a separate tab. Using the code snippet below, on a blank sheet it works but on the second input it ends and the next record input overwrites the second line and all subsequent input does the same. It basically stops at line two.

The Clear Form is used after entering a record and it works fine. I tried a few different things I found online but no luck, it always goes back to the second line and won't advance to the next empty row.
I would like to move the current row of data to another sheet when I change a value in the row from an x to an s. I think I could use an If statement, but if you can move data from one worksheet to another, I don't know the syntax to use.
I have an issue with groups of data in a row, that I need to copy into a new row beneath the original. I need a formula or VBA that will perform this function:

I have a single workbook with five spreadsheets. My goal is to move data along a path (or work flow) from one sheet to the next by using a "trigger" pulldown menu choice.
Sheet1 = Prospects Sheet2 = New Sale Sheet3 = Upgrade Sale Sheet4 = Won Sheet5 = Lost Sheets 1, 2, and 3 use the same data layout for column A - K. Sheets 4 and 5 have the same A - K as above and also have columns L - R in common. The last column in sheet 1, 2 and 3 is a pulldown menu (New, Upgrade, Won, Lost).
Data rows on each sheet start at row 7.
The goal is to use the pulldown choice to remove the data from the current sheet (ex: Prospect) and add it to the next open row in the required sheet (ex: New or Upgrade). I also need to be able to make a similar move from New/Upgrade to Won or Lost.
writing a Macro which will move data from a cell to an adjacent cell.
E.g Column B has only data in certain cells, I would like the Macro to work down the column and every time it encounters data in Column B to move it into the adjacent cell into Column A.
