Monitor Specific Cells For Change

I have this code that works well for the entire column, but, I only need to monitor every other cell in the columns. the cells I want to monitor are:

B10, 12, 14...B96. the columns to be monitored are B,F,J,N,R. the column part is good. I don't want the pop up box to appear when I change B9, B11, B13 etc...

Monitor Multiple Cells For Input Event?

Below is code. However, I need this to happen for multiple cells.

The cells that I need to monitor are B10, B12, B14.... through B96 and F, J, N, R columns for the same rows. The input values will be stored in cells AM10, AM12, AM14 .... through 96 for the B column results. Then for F, J, N, R will be AQ, AU, AY and BC respectively.

Additionally, when B10 has an input, and the user input box displays for the number of hours, there is a cancel button available, but it does not work. How can I exit the loop and clear contents of B10 if the "Cancel" button is clicked in the dialogue box.

Change Mouse Cursor When Passing Over Specific Cells

I would like to change the mouse cursor when the pointer passes over (without clicking) some cells which have double-click-event script attached.

I know how to change the cursor with a custom one. The pb is for me to identifie that the pointer is over the cell so as to launch the cursor change macro (and reverse when going over another cell).
Excel does that, for ex, with commented cells but can VBA do it also?

Copy Specific Range Of Cells On Change Event Then Paste To New Row In Another Sheet

Essentially I need to copy the first 8 cells in a row in one sheet (for example: A3:I3) when the word "Actuals" is entered into A3 from a drop down list. Then the copied data needs to be pasted to a another existing worksheet in the same workbook in the next available row. The data includes mostly values, but there is a formula in column H that creates a hyperlink out of the content in column G, friendly name in column I.

I am not stuck on the idea of having "Actuals" entered in column A as the trigger or change event and there will be times when a new copy/paste of the same data will need to be done more than once at a later date.

For further information, column B contains a serial number/productID number.

Make Userform Floating Monitor

i have a userform which displays a textbox which shows a variance in price terms based on a sheet which has live data via dde.

I would like to turn this userform into some kind of floating monitor if possible. At the moment - once you fire up the userform - the price in the textbox is fixed and does not change with the cell which fills the textbox on the userform. The only way is if you close the userform and re-open - then you will see the current price. I would like to keep this userform floating so that you can still select other cells on the sheet.
Is this possible?

User Form Trails Across Monitor Screen...

when I run code attached to a User Form, the user form will leave trails (similar to what you see when you win at the Microsoft Solitaire game) when you drag it around with the mouse.

I haven't been able to figure out why this is. Some of my code runs and allows me to reposition my form without issue. Other times, I get these 'form trails' that obscure what's behind the form.

Formula: CHECK And LINKED TO Which Consist Of The ID's Of Each Computer And The Attached Monitor

I'm trying to find a way to create an excel sheet for my company. It will be used to import into our CMDB. Its for computers(ID) and their monitors(LINKED TO)
We have made 3 rows: ID, CHECK and LINKED TO which consist of the ID's of each computer and the attached monitor. The CHECK row is where we put the word "OK" if that computer is physically present at that location. After this list was made, we decided NOT to link the monitors to the computers, so afterwards we will delete the row LINKED TO.

What i need to do now, in order to not have to seek every monitor manually, is to have a formula which looks up an id (i.e. WBE01111) in the LINKED TO row, and if that one exists in the ID row, it will place the word "OK" in the CHECK row.

Example: (with WBE01111 being a monitor attached to computer WBE03333)

[ID]_____________[CHECK]______[LINKED TO]
WBE03333________ OK _________WBE01111

**=formula must put OK here

Macro To Copy Specific Cells From Row From Source & Stop When Next Row Cell = Specific Value

I have a protected template and unprotected source worksheets - - - what I would like to happen is for the macro to start and if the source worksheet cell B3 equals "Report Total" then stop - otherwise copy template worksheet then copy 6 specific cells from the source to paste values to specific cells on the newly created worksheet (B_ to C7, D_ to I7, E_ to C9, F_ to K9, A_ to C11, M_ to K11 and then K13=F13-30)

After that then start all over again unless the next row’s cell (B4, B5, B6, . . .) is "Report Total" then stop - - - the row count could be from one to a couple hundred.

Here is what I have so far but I know that with each copy the name will change and as it goes down the source file each row will change and I also need help with that.

Specific Cells Populate With Specific Numbers When A Value Within A Range Is Entered

Here is what i am trying to achieve. If the date 2/20/2010 is located at F53 & the cell next to it at H53 is populated with a number between 1 & 16, then i want the cell at J11 (42 rows further up) to auto populate with the number 1. When this occurs the cells beneath this, from J12 to J52 should also auto populate with the with consecutive numbers from 2 to 42. Would also like to see the cells with numbers 1 to 28, automatically format to orange & the cells containing numbers 29 to 42 automatically format to yellow. I plan to have this condition repeat several times later in the year, at dates that are to be decided. When these dates are decided i want to be able to enter a number from 1 to 16 & next to the date & all of the above automatically occurs.

I have build an add-in To Calculate Specific Sheet when something change in the workbook. For this I am unselecting the "automatic calculation" option and check "Manual". Now with every change in a cell i would to call AUTO_CALCULATION_PI that is calculating only the sheet that the user have been selected.

The problem when i change a cell Workbook_SheetChange is not stiggered and nothign happen. I dont understand why? The add-in is doing the following. Create a Menu "PI Options", this open a user form where you can select the worksheet to calculate, the choices is store in hidden worksheet called "AUTO-CALCULATION-PI". When a cell is change the Macro AUTO_CALCULATION is called, and calculated the sheets that the user have selected.

Linking Cells Globally To Allow Users Ability To Change Cells On Separate Sheet / Cells?

I have a workbook that uses the values that a user had entered into 3 cells to calculate multiple other charts/diagrams on multiple sheets within the workbook. Each sheet would show what the user had entered in the 3 cells to allow them to see what is being used to calculate each table. Is it possible to link these cells so that the user can change the 3 values without having to go back to where he originally entered the 3 values?

For example, a user has entered in 3 values in Sheet 1. A formula in Sheet 2 displays what is entered by the user and uses these calls in Sheet 2 for calculations. When the user wants to change the three values, he would have to navigate to Sheet 1 and enter in the new values to have the workbook recalculate all the tables. Is there a way to link the three cells from Sheet 1 and Sheet 2 so when the user is on Sheet 2, he has the opportunity to change the values on the current Sheet without having to navigate to Sheet 1 to do so?

How Do Change Multiple Different Negative Numbers All Into One Specific Number? Anither Words How do I change one number into another Number

Lets say I have list of numbers like this

-24
-19
-37
-22
-24
-42
-26
-20
-28
-23
-28
-42
-23
-53 etc.

and I want all the negative number at -21 and down to be changed into -20 and all other numbers higher then -20 or whole numbers to be left alone.

So numbers -21 -22 -23 -24 .... -36 -37 -38 .... -45 -46 etc are all changed into -20 and all other numbers like -19 -18 -17 -16 .... 0 1 2 3 4 etc are all left alone.

I tried using the filter tab and couldn't see. I tried the replace key but that took to long changing each and every number from -21 all the way back to -99.

Is there an easier way to change all negative numbers in a specific zone of numbers (-21 thru -99) into one simple number so -21 would change into -20 and -22 would change into -20 and -23 would change into -20 etc etc etc.

Macro Button To Change Background Color Of Specific Cell

My boss wants a spreadsheet that has multiple buttons on it that will change the background color of a specific cell to four different colors. Example:

Text written in Cell B3, Button in Cell A3 that will change the Background color of Cell B3 to either Green, Yellow, Red or Blue.

There will be a lot of buttons on this worksheet following the same format as above. I don't want to change the value of what is in the cell, just the background color.
