Find TextBox Value Occurrences On Sheet & Offset

i've got two textboxes and a command button on a userform.
Textbox1's value is "A" Textbox2's value is "B".
On commandbutton_click, i'd like to search down column P for textbox1's value.
then offset -5 to column J and insert textbox2's value.
Then Next search for the next textbox1's value and replace the offset again until all values have been replaced.
I've done the searches and not sure exactly how to go about it, it seems so easy but i'm getting tired of looking at this project.

I want to find a string Variables via Find Method . Once this string is found, it will output the offset cell string. For example, in the attached file. i would want to find the string "ggg", once found the code will output the string "xxx"
I tried using the below code but it didn;t seem to work.

I am using Excel 2003, Windowx XP Professional, and Internet Explorer 7
In one Excel 3003 example workbook sheet1 contains data copied in from Internet Explorer 7 that keeps changing position on the sheet. From a cell, EG C5, in sheet2 I want to use functions to find a name in Sheet1 and pull the value on the same row say seven columns to the right back into sheet2 cell C5.
My knowledge of Excel is very limited but this would seem to be a simple common thing to have to do, but have been unable figure it out. If this has been answered elsewhere I appologise, this is my first time to this forum which I found with google.

Attached is a sample file.
I can't figure out a formula that will match either 1,2,or0 in column K and offset to corrosponding value in column B. Then average of all values that came up.
how to accomplish this. VBA is acceptable, but formula is prefered.

I have this code attached to a button on the first sheet of a workbook with hundreds of sheets.
it is suposed to look for a cell that contains "SAY:" and then move one column to the right and make it a zero. It works on the first sheet but not on any other sheet.

I've created a userform that has one ComboBox (ComboBox1) and two text fields. I am trying to get the userform to return information to my worksheet in the same row as the name that is displayed in the ComboBox. This is my VBA code.

I'm trying to get my textbox in my userform to get its value from my combobox's value with an offset and its been giving me some trouble. This is what I got so far and it works with no offset

I'm trying to search a column to match the value in textbox1 then return to the userform the values from the same row in columns A to textbox2 and so forth.
I can get it to find the value but am struggling to get the data back to the userform
Reason for this is so the user can search an Id, get all the data back on the order before changing the Id number

I'm trying to use a VLOOKUP formula in a blank cell on a separate sheet from my data.
Essentially I'm trying to search the sheet for the word "VIOLATION" and then report back what it says in field 1, which in this case is a date.
=VLOOKUP("VIOLATION",'Master sheet'!1:1048576,1,FALSE)
Right now I just get #N/A.
Eventually I would like to be able to find all occurences of the word VIOLATION and then have the dates all show up in one cell together seperated by commas if that's possible.

I'm using a macro for searching through ~200k rows of a column, finding all the occurrences of a string and copying them to another column.
This is the code (copied from somewhere some time ago, modified as needed) :

It works great but it takes a little less than 20 seconds to complete the task.
And, since I have to search for multiple strings and the results need to be copied to different rows, I use multiple subs like this in a bigger macro.
The problem is that it got to the point where it takes 3 minutes to execute that bigger macro and I'm trying to find a way to speed things up.

The code is supposed to find HEQL in column G in BOOKED.XLS ( attached) and then do a series of copy pastes into two other workbooks. For some reason, it is only finding one instance of HEQL and there should be 255.

In column A I have a set of Ids that are not unique. In column B I have a set of latlong values for those Ids in column A. In column D I have the unique list of Ids from column A(Removed duplicates from column A & pasted them in column D). In column E, I need the latlong value which has highest frequency for each Id. I tried countif,Frequency and tried mixing them up with various other formulas but it is out of my reach.

I would like to design a macro that can find a value within a cell in a colunm and copy a value in the row then count occurances of that value next time a match in the colunm is found on a different row, but also do this only if the date range in the row is within a specified range. So a multi-critieria search and copy operation.
To explain a little better here is a simplified example of my spread sheet that is in input for the macro.

date out

comp2[code]......
Column A lists the coponents found on the same row as the seach critria, in this example "12-3".
Column B lists the number of occurances of the components. This search is limited to a date range input by the user.
So what I can see is the components replaced and the amount of times replaced on a specific item over a fixed time.
*It is difficult to describe this problem without showing the macro output, but this is just an example for the purpose of explanation.
I know a bit of VBA programming and initially I started with an input box that asks for the part number and limit dates.

I would like to extract from a massive list of names, all occurrences of one name and display the data on a new sheet.
For example;
Name Date Location
James 23/04 edinburgh
Jimmy 28/04 london
David 03/05 Belfast
Sarah 08/07 Glasgow

James 13/01 Manchester
So the output on the new sheet would be;

I basically want to find where James has been and on which dates without having to scroll through 1000's of names.

I'm struggling to include a repeating 8 (or 4) weekly cycle in my sheet.
For instance, week 21 starts on 20-05-2013, than I would like to have the below cells filled untill 26-05-2013, following cells must be blank, untill 8 weeks are over, and the first date you see again is 15-07-2013, and so on. Using the MOD formula, I can get the first day of each cycle correctly, but I'm having difficult to get the next 6 cells entered and the next ones blank again untill 15-07-2013
I'm using now following formula, where B is the date:

Attached is a workbook that I am having a major problem with. Basically it is a stock management system for a hotel allowing purchase orders to be easily generated and receipted.
The purchase side is working as I want it to - so no problems there.
On the receipting side, however, I am having a lot of trouble. Here's what I want it to do.
For each item shown on the Receipt sheet that has a quantity in the received column, I want the code to find the appropriate line in the StockTotals sheet (using the UID which appears in column A of both sheets), then offset the appropriate number of columns, and update the numbers as follows;
Stock on hand grows by the number receipted.
Number on order drops by the number receipted.
If the number on order is now zero, then I want to clear the ordered cell as well as the ordered date cell next to it.

How would I find the first cell in column A containing a number, like HY42128PP, and then offset 1 row up from there to start my autofilter?
Also, to copy the worksheet headings, what code would copy all rows from row 1, down to 2 rows above the first cell in column A containing numbers, and insert those rows in another sheet?

i'm working on an excel file that consists of 31 sheets one for each day of the week, the information about how much we make each day is inputted on the end of each day, i've consolidated all the sheets into 1 big sheet and now i want to create charts over the production, so what i would like is a code that searches the huge sheet for Machine name (Found in Column A and Column I) then walk 5 cells to the right and find the number of litre's made by that machine on that shift.
The different shifts are
Formiddagsskift - Morningshift
Ettermiddagskift - Eveningshift
Nattskift - Nightshift
I will include an example of the data. The data should be pasted to the "Formler" spreadsheet. It doesn't matter if you don't wanna do this i can simply do it later i just need the code to search, and go 5 cells to the right and remember which cell it is, and make sure it is in the right "Shift" ie, all the 282 machines for morningshift are summed in c7 and c10 has eveningshift and c13 has nightshift.
Quite time consuming to search through 31 days of production to find the correct machines on the correct shifts. And the data changes for each month so this would be a great asset to me.

On Sheet 2 I am looking for a formula to find Dog1 in a cell on a different sheet and then to equal a cell 2 columns to the right of where ever it found Dog1. I cannot make it so that it simply equals a certain cell all of the time. It has to be able to move in sheet 1. For example sometimes Dog1 will be on row 5 and sometimes it will be on row 7. So the equation I am looking for needs to be able to work no matter what row it is on. I have tried a couple VLOOKUP equations but they are not working because like I said, Dog1 is not the only text in that cell.

I have a list of race car numbers (20K, 15W, 2) in A1:A50 (may be more or less than 50)
Next to them in B1:B50 are the point values they earned for a night of racing. 100-97-94 etc.... these are points they have earned for a night of racing that week.
in C1 I have how many column over I need to write to (ex. 4 for Column "D" on sheet 2)
On sheet 2 I have all the total for each week.
example

15W 97 100
......
What I need is some code to go down the driver list on sheet1 and write their points in colum D on sheet 2 when it finds the appropriate car number. If the car number does not exist then add the car to the bottom of the list (A50) or whatever, and write the points 4 columns over.

I am trying to locate specific values in column a of a spreadsheet and I want to be able to move (cut and paste, offset, ???) only those values to column c of the same row. The values I am looking for are text and they all begin <@29>, <@33>, etc. (pagemaker codes). I want to move the cells with the pagemaker codes to column c. and leave the other ones in column a.
