Search To Find Matching Cells And Copy/transpose Adjacent Data To Original Sheet?

I'm trying to find a way to search a second sheet in a workbook for specific criteria outlined in a first sheet (in my attached example, from A3 downwards within the 'list of search criteria' sheet), and then to copy any secondary data found against a successful search match to the original sheet, transposed against its corresponding matched search term.
As you can see in the example, the search term 'bindi' (A4 in the 'list of search criteria' sheet) appears in the 'data' sheet 3 times - the secondary data for these occurences ('feathery', 'Fibonacci', 'glassy') is copied to the 'bindi' row on the first sheet and is offset with each copy to produce a transposed-esque effect of copy and paste.
If it's any help, there are a maximum of 9 matches for a single search term in the real document.

On Pipe worksheet, pipe numbers 1-203 are listed in column A. Each pipe number has a flow rate that is listed in column E. I need it to look up the pipe number in column A on the Job worksheet and report the flow rate (from the Pipe worksheet) in column D for each pipe.
I need to find and match patterns of strings in a column and fetch data from the adjacent column. I've attached a sample workbook with my sample data.
How can I find the appropriate matching pattern and fetch and fill data from the adjacent column from my source table to destination? I tried the string functions available and used SEARCH function to match the pattern and check whether it is available. However, when the pattern is found, how can I fetch the adjacent column ?
My attempt to code a formula using SUBSTITUTE, MID and SEARCH functions. Below is the monster formula I wrote - it works and returns 1 when the pattern is found.

This follows on from my previous posting [URL] ..... which produced a solution using an ActiveX Combobox that unfortunately does not work on Mac PCs!
I tried to replace the ActiveX with a Form Control Combobox but could not make it work.
So I am trying to use the alternative of "find, copy and paste" the relevant information.
As shown on the attached 140207 FINDALL test.xlsm, I need to find all records containing whatever string is entered into the "Search" cell, and copy data form three columns onto the Entry sheet.
The User will then select whichever of the entries they want to use, which will populate the relevant cells.

Any method to determine the number of instances a value ("4" for example) appears next to a specific value ("x" for example). I don't have a workbook; I'm just looking for any formula that can search for specific values and find the total number of instances that an adjoining cell contains data.
I have a sheet that I populate with data, and I would like to create a formula (or some code) that will look down column A, and if any of the cells contain a value >1 copy the cell and the adjacent cell (column B) and paste both values into a new sheet.

I have 20 worksheets in my master file corresponding to Excel files individual associates will update weekly. After the associates have updated their individual files for the week, I want to capture the data entered and paste values into a master file containing a worksheet for each associate (sharing the same name as the individual associate file). All of these files are housed on team SharePoint sites.

Linking would be the easiest way to accomplish this if I wanted to have a multitude of weekly individual files for the associates. However, I'd rather each associate have one file for them to update (basically overwriting their previous week's entries).
I need to ensure the paste values corresponds to the appropriate day of the week. In simpler terms, if the date in the individual associate file in cell D9 reads Oct 1, 2012, the data captured from that row needs to be pasted to the corresponding row/column in the master file that reads the same date.
I have a have excel problem Im trying to figure out. I have 2 sheets. Sheet1 and Sheet2. I want to copy into sheet1 cell B2 the contents of sheet2 column C row x iff sheet2 column B row x = 1. So I was given the task to translate some procedure instructions in an Excel file from English to Spanish. These are very simple instructions and in most cases repetitive throughout the document. There are a lot of instances where the instructions are the same except for a #. They are meant to be modified within the cell as the text that appears in the cell will be printed exactly as it appears.There are several instructions in the cell, it is basically a long continuous string in the cell. My idea is to create a macro that can search that range of cells for the instruction, replace it with the Spanish equivalent while leaving the original English instruction in the cell.
I have some specific requirement and it would be great if I could do it through macro. Also attached a sample excel file for the requirement. I have raw data in a worksheet (WS1) that I receive daily from factory. There is another sheet in a different workbook (WS2) that has format specified on how to display this raw data. The order of raw data on WS1 remains same. The question is that how do I replace the format titles with raw data?
For example, in the attached excel sheet, sheet "data" has list of values. Sheet "format" says how to display data. Sheet "output" is output that I finally want to generate. I need to search a sheet for a specific phrase "phrase". When the phrase occurs I need to copy adjacent cells into another sheet. I have a workbook with 30 worksheets. Each sheet has 84 rows of data (start in 15 columns (A to O). I would like to create a summary sheet that only shows the most important data from each sheet.
The summary sheet would have 12 lines of headers and formatted crap at the top. The Summary sheet header columns would be:

That 1. puts the name of the sheet I am copying from in column A 2. the deadline date in Column B (that date is always in C10 of each worksheet) 3. and copies Cells from Column A,B,G,H,I,O in any row in which the value in A is not "good" into columns C through H. I would like to paste those rows into the summary sheet. I have code that loops through the sheets and rows in each sheet to find the rows to copy. I can copy cell values directly from the active sheet to the summary sheet, but because I am copying a cell at a time, it takes 7 minutes. Yes I am impatient :)

I think there must be a way to use ranges to build an array of cell values and paste only once but I am lost here.
I need to copy the sheet being worked on, and place it behind the original sheet.
This is going to be in a Macro enabled template that other users will be rename when they save it.
It will be activated by a button on the original worksheet other users may need to rename the worksheet before copying so I am using ActiveSheet.Copy I don't want to put the sheet after a counted sheet, because other sheets may be inserted before the one being worked on. I am not proficient at VB, I basically search for a macro that does what I need and copy it.

2. Find a matching value in column A (starting in row 2), error message if the is not a match.
3. Copy the adjacent cell column B (rows vary) to the clip board. It would copy until it found the first blank row.
I have attached a scaled down version of the spreadsheet, the one I use has 100's of codes. I know some VBA but not much. I searched the forum but could not find anything.
I have some code written to duplicate a template and rename the copy to "Working Copy".
But if I run the code more than once, it breaks as VBA tries to overwrite the sheet with the same name.
Would I would like is for the macro to check to see it already exists and duplicate the copy with some type of incremental integer. Thus the first duplicate would be Working Copy 1, and if the macro is run again, the duplicated copy would be Working Copy 2, etc.

I am trying to copy a row based on the value of a cell.
I have two sheets in my workbook and on sheet 1, I have a part number and a description. On sheet 2, I have part numbers again, but this time I the description is broken up into the format I need.
What I am trying to do is have excel search on sheet 2 for the part numbers, then copy the information that corresponds to the part number into the correct column.
I have tried using Vlookup. But if the part number in row 2 on sheet 1 match the one in row 8 on sheet 2, this will copy over the data from row 2 whereas I need row 8.
If this would be more doable using VBA, that is fine by me. I haven't been able to figure out anything in VBA or in excel formulas up to this point.
I need to copy the Selected Sheet (Sheet name will be different each month) on a spreadsheet and paste the copy to the left of the selected Sheet. Then I need to copy and paste values the entire sheet of the sheet that the copy was made from (the one on the right). I have 2 worksheets, A and B. In both worksheets there is common data in column A (account ID). I would like to find a way to return all of the data for the matching row in worksheet B and have it pasted into the matching row in worksheet A.

I would like to implement specific cell ranges from two specific worksheets each within 33 workbooks (which all have several tabs) into a summary page in a separate workbook.
The cell ranges are going across my spreadsheet in rows and I would like for them to transpose into a columns depending on the data which I have separated by catergory on the summary page. They are all on the same location in each workbook which is separated by country. The cell ranges are E26:P37 and I would like to transpose them and have them put below eachother without overwriting for my format on the summary page, how I can put this together in a macro?
I have one workbook with two sheets. The first sheet contains the data in columns A & B. In Column A there are a number of values that are the same eg: A1,2,3,4,5 all equal "Home" A6,7,8 equal "Work". In column B there are "Comments" none which are the same.
I need a VBA that will search down column A in sheet one and find all the "Comments" for "Home" and transpose paste the comments into sheet 2 so A1 will be "Home" B1 will be the first comment, C1 the second comment, D1 the third comment and so on.
My sheet one will contain about 1000 different values in Column 1, so I need it to search for duplicates rather than the text "Home".
I can solve my problem with a pivot table, and with VBA easily...however, I'm interested in knowing if this can be done with formulas (array formulas using index/match I'm assuming).
Goal: On sheet1 I have one column with products, then the column next to it will have an "Y" in it if the product is to be selected (blank if not). On sheet2 I want to create a list of the products that were selected (having the "Y"). I have a spread sheet with Column A = Document number, Column B = revision.
I am trying to get a macro that, when run, increases the revision letter in column B. The problem is that we do not use a few of the letters such as I, O, P and Q.
I thought it would be best to have a table of the used revision letters (Say in Z1 to Z40) Look at the text in column B of the row currently selected and find it in the Z1:Z40 table Move one cell down the Z1:Z40 table and copy that text back into column B on the row initially selected.
I have a large sheet with serial numbers of machines in one column and more or less important information in other columns. I’m trying to write a macro that is activated by selecting a serial number from a list box. The macro should then find the right row and copy cells from that row and paste them on another sheet to create a summary of that machine.
Purpose: Build a roster from: Sheets(Settings).Range("A21").Value (this value is variable)
Problem: Find that A21 value in Range T2:T100 (each value in the range is unique) Copy that value to Sheets("Roster") E8 and the next 9 values to E14 E20 E26 E32 G2 G14 G20 G26 G32
Reason for posting: I've been trying to do this with vba but sheet formula will probably work, I can always Copy/Paste Special/Values to clear the formula. Keyword searching has resulted in no progress.
I need to firstly find data in the main sheet which relates to the activecell and then I want to copy and paste that data into another worksheet.
The simplest of ways I guess would be the .xldown function however this seems to copy the blank cells as well as the cells with data, which is no good. I have therefore written code as below which finds the first cell with data, copies and pastes, then loops.
How do I set the loop to look at the next cell down from the initial copied cell and if there is data in it to paste it into the cell underneath the one I have just pasted into?
