How To Copy Non Consecutive Cells Into Another Sheet Consecutively

B+N Total sheet is where the data is and the decider is Column 'AF' which is already formulated and has 2 options: 'MMS' or 'Retail'.
I'm trying to write a code which needs to do:
If B+N Total sheet's AF Column has 'MMS' then copy that row and paste it into ADI MMS consecutively.
Just like the example attached Row 2,3,5 is MMS and not row 4. So I'm trying to get those rows in periodical order as Row 2,3,4 into ADI MMS Sheet.

I have an Excel worksheet (ver.2003) containing data more than 5000 rows. I need to run a macro everyday to do copy a value for that cell each day from another cell in different respective rows :
Using # as a marker in a specific col (say col X2, X14, X27, X43 and so on ) I want to copy value from another cell (AE2, AE14, AE27, AE43 and so on) containing a forumla and paste as a value to a cell say B4 in a row of fixed range (say B4:V4, B16:V16 and so on), which is two rows below the marker. The value to be copied is located in the 7th cell (say AE2) to the right of the marker cell (X2). If first cell is blank (say B4) then I copy data into the first cell. Every time I run the macro the value should be copied to next blank cell in that row (C4, D4 and so on).
I need to run the macro everyday for a specified no. of days say 21 working days in a month, which is the length of the range) copy the value for each in different rows as explained above. What is the VB Excel macro for this? ...

I want to take the average of cells D3:D8 from worksheet 1 and put that answer in cell D1 of worksheet 2. After that, I want to take the average of cells D9:D14 from worksheet 1 and put that answer in D2 of worksheet 2. Average of D15:D20 from worksheet 1 and put the answer in D3 of worksheet 2, etc. etc. etc.

I have uploaded a sample sheet to illustrate what I am looking to do.
I want to pull out all instances where the four sheets of a 'book' are the same and appear in the same order. (column b is not really important) I have thousands of 'books' in the sheet so doing the task manually is not really an option.

I have a worksheet "parent child" with product data, cells F4 and BK4, pull pertinent data from cells T2 and M2 respectively on a different sheet "products".
A5:A196, D5:D196, F5:F196 is dependent on cell F4 and BK5:BK196 is dependent on BK4.
Once we get to row 197, the cycle starts over again. F197 and BK197 needs to equal products!T3 and products!M3. Then rows 198 through 389 will be dependent on row 197.
I basically need this to repeat perpetually for about 1000 different products on the products sheet, thus the ability to create approximately 193,000 rows.
I am not sure what it will take to do this, i am fine if I have to drag and copy all rows, which I have tried to create and failed at, I end up with products! T196, instead of T4.

I'm trying to create a formula (in Sheet 1) that will return the most recent number of cells containing a value (i.e. not empty) in Sheet 2 Range AD2:A367 greater than zero.
I've tried using COUNTIF but that only adds the individual values, it doesn't 'start from zero again' when a zero value appears.

I have data from (row 1, column 1) to (row 53, column 5) on 283 consecutive worksheets in a singular excel file that I would like to be presented on a singular worksheet starting from the data on worksheet 1 and descending to the data on worksheet 283.
I am looking for a copy and paste loop solution that will copy the data from each page and sequentially paste the results on a singular output page in descending order (worksheet 1 data, worksheet 2 data... etc) so that I can sort the data.

I want to do a loop where you can copy say A3 worksheet 1 then add another sheet naming the work sheet "A3" then copying A3 worksheet 1 to A1 "A3". After that looping to A4 to a new work sheet naming the work sheet "A4"copying the value to A1 "A4", etc...
Is there a simply way of doing this loop? I can probably fit my other coding into the structure.

I want to be able to copy a name from one sheet (Available Players), paste it to a cell in another sheet (Round 1 through Round 20). The cell that will be copied is fixed but the place where it will be pasted will be different and may be on a different sheet.
also i would like to change the color of the copied cell to "greyed" out or cut if it can not be greyed out. I have created a button and put in a macro that i created but have been having problems with it, generic 1004 errors that i can not figure out. i am attaching the document.

I have to work with a report where columns are sometimes added or removed. However, the columns I need are always there, just not always at the same place. To identify them, I have my macro search for their title (they never change) and enter the column number in a variable (iSID, iPID, iEPN, iEPT, and iOD).
I now need to take these five columns and copy them into another workbook. Usually, I would use something like Range("A:A":"D:D":etc). but now I'm a bit stuck. I wanted to use something like Range(Columns(iSID), Columns(iPID), etc), but I can't seem to be able to write that correctly or something (I get errors like "wrong number of arguments or invalid property assignment"). I guess I could copy the columns one by one using Columns(iSID), but I was wondering if there wouldn't be a more elegant way to do that.

I have attached a 97-2003 .xls file with data for multiple store locations on sheet 1, and the desired result on sheet 2. I am actually using excel 2007, but I dont think I need any special features that it provides.

I'm trying to create a command button on my sheet that when clicked will find all rows in column u that read Engineering Evaluation and then copy certain cells from that row to another sheet. The kicker is that this button will be used over and over again as more entries are entered into the log. I only want each row counted once.
Right now I get a run time error for the "For Each Cell In Application.Intersect(Range("u:u"), target)" line.

I'm trying to copy the cells from a sheet and transfer only the values to other sheet.
I did it via code and it worked fine, except for the dates. In the new sheet the months and days are swapped.
The original date is composed via the concatenate function, since it gets inputs (day, month and year) from the user in different cells. It's in the format D/M/YYYY (examples: 4/2/2014, 10/12/2013). I believe the excel interprets it as Text, even if I formated the cells to Date.
I think it may have something to do with the default format in different countries. Here in Brazil we use DD/MM/YYYY, but my Excel is in english and in US the format is MM/DD/YYYY, am I right?

The senior members have made it less intimidating to start writing code. Infact I picked up a DUMMIES book and a Macro book and it's been a lot of fun. Anyway here is my code that I have created thus far.

Essentially what I am trying to do is copy these cells from sheet 1 to sheet 2 and then save it as another file using the name of C6&"Text String *Report" This would essentially take the first record A2 - CL2 and then delete that record and move onto the next row 3 and loop through and create another file with the same name C6(Sheet2)&"Report Name" Sheet 2 is the template where the data from the rows will drop into. I have those called out above in the code. It works just fine. I'm stuck though with how to copy the file and move threw all the records and saving them as separate files. Just to make sure I am clear it's 1. Copy data from sheet1 to sheet2 (Template). 2. Then save that file with the file name as cell C6&"some text" concatenated. Loop through sheet1 grab the next record and rinse lather repeat. Just a few weeks ago I was struggled to create macros and now I can copy. Pretty weak I know but I really enjoy this, in fact I sold all my books and just have VBA material so I stay focused.

I would like a macro which will copy range $A$1:$Z$1 and paste it as values into AA1:ZZ1.
Easy enough on the first run; but on the second, copy the same range $A$1:$Z$1 and paste it as values into AA2:ZZ2
third run into AA3:ZZ3, etc.

I have a macro that each time I click it, takes a "Template" copies it, renames it to a new workable tab.
What im trying to add to this macro, is that each time this macro runs, to add the name of the newly created sheet to a separate tab (more or less summary page), such as if I click the tab 3 times, it will give me on a seperate page "1", "2", "3" in a column
I attached a spreadsheet with the sort of idea I wanted to accomplish.

In Excel, is there a way to consecutively number pages in different tabs?
I.E.... I have a Workbook with information in multiple tabs. I want to print all tabs, but I want the footer to display the page number in sequence. Sheet1 may have 3 pages to print. When Sheet2 prints, I want the page number to start with Page4.

I tried to save a macro but it doesn't work (I am inexperienced!).
What I need is to copy five columns (e.g. range C:G) and copy it in another sheet ('1' range C:G). Subsequently, I have to copy the next range of five columns available (i.e. range H:L) and copy it in the consecutive sheet (i.e. '2' range C:G), and so on.

Tried to write a Macro to Range Cells in a sheet, setting the range values from a another cell. I have encounted a Run-Time error as select method of Range class failed. Below is the Macro.

I'm trying to get a total sum of row 3 only when there is a "1" in each days of the week in the corresponding decimal point in row 2.
Looking at the entire Row 3, cell J3 and R3 have a "1" in consecutive cells so it should be counted as one value (0.25). The same is with cell S3 (0.50), AA3 (0.50) and AI3(0.50) so it should only be counted as one value (0.50). The Consecutive Occurrences cell AP3, should sum up all of the consecutive values, in this case it would be 0.75.
Please note, the colors will not be there, they are only in this example to show the consecutive values.

I've been using a script I found on the web to export a book of 15 worksheets so that they are saved into a folder as 15 separate .csv files - these are to then be imported into Adobe InDesign at a later date.
Currently, the code looks like this:

If possible, I would like the sheets to be exported as consecutively numbered files, so that they can be set into the order they are exported in Windows Explorer, rather than alphabetically.
E.g.
Sheet names = Overview, Checking, Testing
.csv export = overview-17.05.2013.csv, checking-17.05.2013.csv, testing-17.05.2013.csv
Goal = 1overview-17.05.2013.csv, 2checking-17.05.2013.csv, 3testing-17.05.2013.csv
I'm not too fussed about the final formatting, as long as the consecutive numbers can be inserted at the start of the string, the rest isn't as important.

My goal is to look at a column of numbers and count the number of consecutive cells that are positive (or negative), while ignoring blank cells that may be in between them. Using the first formula on this thread. http://www.excelforum.com/excel-gene...-than-0-a.html
I was able to adapt it to my own data, but whenever I had blank cells in my data the results were not reliable. the formula i am using now is =IF(COUNT(1/((A1:A27<0)*(A2:A28<0))),MAX(FREQUENCY(IF((A1:A27<0)*(A2:A28<0),ROW(A2:A28)),IF((A1:A27<0)*(A2:A28>= 0),ROW(A1:A27))))+1,0). for a bunch of data in column A. With limited knowledge of excel I'm not exactly sure how this formula works, so I'm not sure how to tell it to ignore all blank cells. I attached an example that shows how it fails with the blank cells

I am using a formula =SUMIF(B:B,B1,C:C) in an effort to return the total of those cells in column C where the value of B1 remains the same in column B. (did that make sense?). I've used a similar formula previously but on this occasion it returns an incorrect total.

How would I write a sumif function to only add consecutive cells that match the criteria? Here is the formula I am using right now, but it adds all of the cells that match the criteria, not just the consecutive ones. Also they need to be consecutive cells from the current cell (in the formula below i would be referring to A80)
=IF(A81<>A80,SUMIF(A$5:A80,A80,H$5:H80),"")
More data:
Column A is a group of dates, but not in order, they are slightly mixed up
Column H is a monetary value.

Is there a formula that would search for rows, or cells withing a row, that contain information and populate consecutive numbers in an adjacent column. For example if I am working with rows 1-4... F1 and F4 has information populated, while F2 and F3 are blank. I would like for the formula to populate E1 with the number 1 and E4 with the number 2. So the formula should decipher that F2 and F3 are blank therefore ignore these rows in the consecutive number scheme for column E. I would like for the formula to be scalable to any number of rows

Need a formula for counting how many consecutive cells where the value is gretaer than or equal to +1
For example 1,
J18 = 7
K18 = 9
L18 = 3
M18 = 2
N18 = 8
O18 = 1
P18 = 8
Q18 = -17
In the above example the result would be 7
Example 2:
J12 = -22
K12 = 9
L12 = 4
In the above example the result would be 0 since the 1st value was -22

Attached workbook contains sheet and sheet 2. sheet 2 is linked to certain details in sheet 1.. Please write program to copy A2:A7 and paste it to A7:A13 in sheet 2 and certain cells in sheet2 are linked to rows b,c,d,e,f in sheet 1. After completing it has to copy and paste sheet 2 in the same workbook and name it as sheet 3. and again copy the next cells from a8:a14 in sheet 1 and paste it to A7:a13 in sheet 3. and so on. till it reaches blank cell in A column in sheet 1.
